"It was a little difficult to find and you cant take a taxi to the location so if you have luggage you have to carry it through the medina to find the entrance which is in a small hidden corner. "The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!"

"I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. "Il s’agit d’un formidable hôtel ! Les gens du personnel sont extrêmement accueillants et gentils ! Les installations sont excellentes. Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !"
