As well as the pool being unavailable, we couldn't connect to the TV (down) pillows were uncomfortable for us and the menu was unavailable, and they pushed two single beds together for my husband and I. Not great for us and made for difficulty with kids.

Close to train station and subway. Close to touristy places in munich and good restaurants. Taxis were accessible. Staff was great. Beds were not very comfortable. Some city noise at night. Good breakfast.

Location was great but there was a lot of noise due to construction. Check in was smooth with friendly staff. However, when we check out in the morning the desk staff incorrectly told us that we owed the room charge for our stay He was not aware that we had fully paid the room charge through Expedia at the time of booking, even though I showed him our receipt from Expedia. He was very polite though and told us he would figure this out with his manager. With the exception of this and construction noise, our stay was fine.
