Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. "My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool...

Evenings and lunches, restaurant do not provide tap water to customers. We must to buy bottled water in plastics if we are trusty and this situation was very disappointing to us. The problem was that not choice to buy a glass bottle water. The food taste was great and there was good choice, but nothing like last year and previous years before. Overall, was not so bad, but nothing like before. Thank to people who works there very hard."
