"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Property is great and staff are fantastic. A couple of things like the basin are showing signs of age with cracks etc. The street is nice and quiet and off street parking may be available. There is one up market restaurant within walking distance and several other cheaper restaurants that are walkable also. Public beach access is a fair distance away and driving or taxi is probably best. "

"Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. Cenote Tortuga was awesome. Lots of different areas to relax, we never felt that we were crowded. Entertainment was great. Chic...

"Great location, great pool and beach. Huge rooms. Food on the beach great! The rest of the food had great flavors, but was often served lukewarm. Amazing staff, rooms huge. Playa Norte beach was a short walk for the afternoon. The whole island felt safe, and great local flavors!"
