"Yesterday was our last day in Cancún, and I can honestly say that leaving was bittersweet\. ❤️🌴 From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, it felt like home\. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive\. They made us and our family feel truly special from the very beginning\. My kids enjoyed every single moment, and seeing their smiles throughout the trip made the experience even more unforgettable\. They even surprised them with a special birthday treat\! 🎂❤️ It’s those little details that make a vacation so much more meaningful\. The staff ever the servers at the restaurant the pool bar guys and servers were the best, the Girls in charge of the kids club. . Super nice always willing to help. They are the best. The Food was so good. The restaurants top notch. Everything was the best. I could honestly go on and on about the amazing service, the hospitality, and how well our family was treated\. If I could give this resort **1,000 stars, I absolutely would\! ⭐️⭐️⭐️** If you’re looking for a resort in Cancún where you’ll feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at home, **I highly recommend paradisus. "This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."
