「カンクーンのスタッフはどこも皆フレンドリー。Selinaグループはバスターミナルや地下鉄から近くにあり、安い。このグループはタオル、ブランケットがない。メキシコシティではデポジット一つに100ペソで返したら80ペソ返ってくる。 このグループの建物が古いからバスルームが汚く感じる。バスルームにヒルがいた。 バスルーム水回りは是非改装してほしい。 共用スペースはどこもすごくいい。 ここの場所はスーパー、バー、クラブに行くのにベスト。カンクーンに来たらダウンタウンよりもこのエリアで泊まる方が雰囲気もあるし便利でいい。 キッチンは広くて使い勝手がいい。 安い。 Women use room clean so female dome should be same price. Selina group bathrooms are old and not clean, sould be renovated would be good for guests.」

「Adoのバスターミナルに近いので選びました。 建物や設備は新しくないようでしたが、清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。（客室清掃スタッフに感謝） レセプションスタッフも親切で、全体的に居心地の良いホテルでした。 カンクンは暖かいので、客室に冷蔵庫があるともっと良かった。（私が事前に確認していなかったので、ホテルに不備はありません）」

「スタッフ。設備。夕食が美味しい！でも少ない。部屋も広くて快適。ダウンタウンでスーパー、AODのバスターミナルから近い。キッチンはあるけど、道具が少ない。飲み水はある。他に比べて清潔だと思う。プライベート感もある。ライト、カーテン、ロッカー使いやすい。タオル。ホステルでは上位のランク。ここのロスカボスの支店に泊まったら出来立てで設備もすごく朝食もビュッフェで完璧だった。ここも良い。バスターミナルには近いけど、ビーチ近くの方がリゾート感はあってロケーションはいい。 women use clean than man why female dome is always hight price, It should same or lower will be good.」

「I loved this hostel! It's directly across from the ADO bus station and the collectivo stop, so very convenient. The grocery store is right next door and shopping is just down the street. There were food trucks out front in the evenings and a restaurant just outside the front door. I as a solo female traveler felt very safe there and also while walking around the local area. The rooftop pool, workout area, kitchen and eating area were amazing! I could spend all day there. The room I stayed in...
