「This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous, but the whole process/stay went extremely smooth. The Cozy Cabin was exactly as described. Cabin had everything we needed from kitchen items to extra blankets and the best pillows. The one question I did have I texted the owner and he got back to me right away and let me know to text him if I had any additional questions. Looking forward to coming back!」

「Nice and clean rooms. Love the communal kitchen, eating areas, and activities (billiards, pickleball, tether ball, basketball hoop, and pool). Dog friendly too!」

「We loved the cabin we stayed in. The attention to detail was great and design was so charming. We used the BBQ to grill one night, we took the bikes out and rode to the village one morning, and our kids loved the hammock. We will be back to stay in the 4 bedroom next time!」

「This was a last minute booking, and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice big room, comfy king bed and close walking distance to lake. Lovely outdoor bbq area, which we took advantage of, with tables/chairs. There were several seating areas throughout the property with table/chairs/umbrellas. Would definitely stay at this property again.」

「This was the perfect place for us for our mountain biking adventure. Location was excellent, walkable, and we rarely had to use our car. The layout of the building is great for minimal noise issues. Although these are older units, the rustic charm was a cool vibe and everything was in working order with no issues at all. Highly recommend!」

「The location is good near the lake and village. I liked the room but it was a bit warm. It’s good the windows could be opened and that there was a ceiling fan. It is a short drive to everything in Big Bear. 」

「ビッグベアレイクで行われたスパルタンレースに参加した夜に宿泊しましたが、たった1人のスタッフが営業時間内なのにも関わらず受付におらず、電話連絡して20分ほど寒い外で待たされました。部屋もオンライン予約していたのに、追加料金でジャグジー風呂付きの部屋はどうかと強く勧められました。」

「There was a major construction going on at the lobby and they put us the room next to it when there were more vacant rooms. The noise started at 8am next day. Then shower was not working… Only super hot water came out so that I couldn’t take shower. And microwave oven was not working either… This is the worst hotel experience.」
