The staff at reception was very good and helped to arrange the first shuttle to the airport as ours was the very early flight. There is Aeon next door unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, overall no complaints. "

"The hotel is very clean and well kept. Although the room was small it was well laid out and very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and even helped me with my bags as she showed me to my room. Hotel gave me two taxi vouchers worth 1,000 yen each which covered the taxi fee to the train station the next morning."

"Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"
