The issuing of a key was not possible as their system had broken down and overall checkin took longer than I expected. Very Nice location, hotel a bit tired but staff very friendly. Disappointed that both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed as was the main restaurant which was not noted on expedia ( main reasons for booking)
