「The room was suitable for my needs, although it would have been appreciated if dishwashing liquid had been provided rather than having to use hand soap to wash the dishes. However, I would not stay at another hotel or motel operated by Costello Hotels. While self-check-in can be convenient, it should not come at the expense of good customer service. 「Had reservations about using the toaster; chopping boards and electric oven due to cleanliness issues. And the floor needs a good proper clean. Otherwise good overall for the money. Good hot water flow for shower. Great towels. Good wifi connection No outdoor light working. Plenty of lights in lounge area and bedrooms, pity could not dim them. Short walk to the jetty, gorgeous beach and sunsets. Night skies are awesome. Remember to take a look at the ⭐」
