"Carpets and furniture in the general lobby areas need to be replaced. People travel here to hang around in the 1st floor lobby. Older building that needs updating. Wait staff and coordination between Food service and Events is poor so if your planning to have a event here hire a Personal assistant to be sure your day and night are coordinated properly."

"The house was clean, my family had a great time and it’s very spacious! We had a wonderful experience and the rooms are very well kept! Everything from the house was as I expected. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We hope to come again soon. The only thing is that there in not a master room with private bathroom. The host was always in contact willing to help. Our stay was completely peaceful except for a gardener out of the house I don’t know if he was a neighbor but my family felt invaded with his presence, since he was wandering and removing grass during our visit. I hope our amazing host can have a conversation with that person to ask him to not visit the property while guests are there. Besides that all my family and I fell very grateful and blessed since we created great memories in this house. The host knew it was a great event meaningful for everyone and he did his best to not disappoint us. Thank you for that. I highly recommend this place."

"I would not recommend this host. I booked one property, but they gave me a completely different property than the one I reserved. When I questioned it, they kept making excuses and insisting it was the same property, even though it clearly was not. The replacement place was also very disappointing: it was not clean, had a bad smell, and felt like an underground/basement unit. This was not what I paid for or expected based on the listing. Overall, it felt misleading and very unprofessional. Do not waste your money and time!!"

"1st I pull in and felt unsafe but I thought let see. Then I just in there smoking Marijuana. I went in room in was very u kept. Went out heat up some food, and the dope pull up ask me, you need anything I got. Went back in the room and I was so uncomfortable, I let them keep my money, and pay more at Hilton. So I suggest you not put person in danger"
