「J'ai apprécié mon séjour au dream hotel, un hotel assez agréable où vivre pendant une semaine de vacances. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, serviables. Le quartier est plutôt calme, avec des commodités dans les alentours (supermarché, restaurants etc). Je ne regrette pas du tout d'y être restée. 」

「Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...
「I do have a negative comment. Although I requested the room be cleaned daily, I had to ask the front desk daily to have the room cleaned. Otherwise, it was a really good experience.」
「At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. 」
「The front desk staff was friendly, but the room facilities were poor. There were no hangers to hang clothes, no door guard, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the lock on the balcony door was broken, so I was very worried about security. There was no room cleaning during my stay. The subway station was close and the bus stop was in front of the hotel, so it was convenient. There was a fire station next door, but the noise wasn't a problem.」
