As described. Good fit for family of 6 with 4 children under 11. Easy walk to St Lawrence Market and financial district. Would return again.

The room was very clean and kept clean over our stay of 4 nights. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Staff were always ready to help

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The space was large for a hotel room. The building appears to be a former apartment building that was converted to a hotel. At first glance is all looked nice. The kitchen looked new and included a small Nespresso with pods for morning coffee. There were 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom was outdated and had some cracks and corners that were not cleaned well. It was next to a large unused closet. Expanding the bathroom into the closet would have made it a much nicer space. The biggest issue was the mattresses on the beds. I don’t know where the owners bought these but they were hands down the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever experienced. The first night we were unable to sleep because it was impossible to get comfortable. The second night we pulled the comforters from the second bedroom (2 double beds) and laid on our king bed to provide a little cushion. We were then able to sleep finally. But I wouldn’t say the bed was comfortable even with the additional padding. The hotel is close to downtown Toronto and there were shops and restaurants nearby so we enjoyed the trip aside from the uncomfortable beds.
