Location wise, this hotel is great. Close to a train station, lots of food nearby, some fun bars and stores as well. The hotel is definitely more dated looking. The room itself was ok but very dim even with all the lights on. The shower has very poor water pressure and the temperature was very inconsistent, going from burning hot to very cold quickly. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were lacking, didn’t foam, and smelled slightly off. The bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep in. We requested extra pillows and blankets. The blanket we received smelled like a chemical-y maple syrup so I wasn’t able to use it. Throughout the night we heard a lot of noise that sounded like a washing machine or dryer banging against the wall. If it’s for a night, maybe I’d stay here if I had something to do in the immediate area. But otherwise I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

皆さん書かれているとおり、老朽化してはいますが、普段同程度のコストで利用しているビジネスホテルと比べればグレードも良く快適でした。も少しアメニティが充実しているといいな、と思います。 立地のことをマイナスに書かれている方もいますが、横浜で育った者から言わせていただくと、桜木町駅を境にして、みなとみらいとは反対側の野毛の入口に位置しており、横浜の下町エリアで古くからある町なのでディープではありますが、決して治安は“そんなに悪くない”です。女性1人でも歩けますので安心して下さい。

The facility is not new but maintained in good condition. The best thing i notice at the hotel is the hard working staff. Viking style breakfast is also enjoyable.

Large rooms
Rooms are huge for Japan but are worn. Rooms are mostly clean, but bathroom looked new and clean. Breakfast spread was huge and the quality of food was good.

My booking was quite last minutes of the day, however, the front stuff accepted us kindly and quickly. The room was kind of huge, if you know Japanese ordinary standard double room, size of the room at this hotel was much wide and space! I like we were able to use our room freely, stressless.

An older style hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. Affordable and the breakfast avaiabke was quite good. The facilities have seen better days but the room was spacious and clean.

The staff were very polite & held our luggage until check in with no problems. The room was bigger than most Japanese rooms & so was the bathroom. Only downside was there was no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag. Hotel is located in a great area for restaurants, entertainment & sites.

I found the hotel to be in walkable distance to all the locations I wanted to visit. The only negative point was that the check-in information on the app was misleading. I assumed that I could check-in at any time on the date of the booking as there was a '24 hour check-in' message. However, I wasn't able to check-in until late afternoon. They did kindly keep my bags until I was able to check-in.

Great place before getting on a cruise.
Fantastic location in Yokohama, can walk to everywhere but if not, the train is very close. Fabulous sized room, huge by Japanese standards.
