The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."
