The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "

"Astonishing views all around the resort. Being close to the ferry terminal was a plus for us. The only problem was that the room temperature was way too hot, and there was no thermostat in the room.
