"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"This property is 3 minutes from the station and has surprisingly comfortable beds. That's it for pros. This property is strange and uncomfortable to stay at. Every room has 2 signs in it telling you what not to do. It would be hilarious if they weren't serious. There are threats of fines if you move furniture and warnings about how the fire alarm will randomly go off is certain doors are left open. Yet for all these precautuons, it is very run down. "It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"
