"WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Samantha was amazing on check-in and gave us a free upgrade to a pool suite (with reserved seatong by the pool). The room was stunning, very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Enjoyed the complimentary NuCalm app to help us sleep. Dian on checkout gave us complimentary access to showers/bathrooms after we collected our held luggage after checking out which was a god-send after exploring Sentosa Island adventure park. Customer service was exceptional and the location was soooo convenient for a short stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
