"Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really"

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"Lovely view, nice addition to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion provided for guest. Ac was nice and cold but every 45 minutes the toilet made a loud screeching noise, kept waking me up. Beds were 5/10 very firm. WiFi was fairly fast, although room service did take a few tries to have towels delivered to the room. For $185 a night I really can’t complain."

"It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price"

"The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach, shopping and eating facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we had was clean and comfortable. Didn’t find any issues with parking, would be staying again in the near future."
