"Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really"

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"I had the club oceanfront king room, it had the best view of tumon bay and the ocean. It was pretty costly but I think it’s worth it if you’re staying for a long trip. We were provided with little gifts from the hotel, which was so sweet and nice. The room itself was pretty clean. The best part I think about the club room is that you get access to the lounge that serves breakfast, lunch, and evening time. So you can get some free food and free drinks. It really helped with saving a lot of money...
