"We had 15 rooms, king and double beds, and stayed two nights. Two of our people had to go to the front desk to have their key fixed since the keys stopped working. The breakfast was delicious, and two waters were provided in the rooms per day. Everything was great. "Employees need training on Tourism and Customer Service; The last morning the waiter denied more coffee to us, some employees acted arrogant; always missing towels and toilet paper; Like they don't keep track that we were 4 adults; Other Employees were friendly and well hosting guests; there were Not enough hangers for for adult clothes; there were bugs and mosquitoes in the bathroom; the room smelled sewer; the bathroom window was rusty; the door balcony won't open; there were not shadow curtains;...
