Clean, comfortable room. Lots of hot water. TV had nice channel selection. Working safe in room for storage as needed. Strong wifi with occupant specific password. Location very convenient to town center. Walkable. Safe. Was told at front desk at checkin there was heating option with AC unit but in room maintenance man explained the original remote had been replaced by a generic remote and heating option wasn’t available although listed. As a vegetarian, the limited choice complimentary breakfast wasn’t really for me as most buffet dishes had meat or gelatin. I chose to eat elsewhere.

El hotel muy bueno, me quedé gratamente sorprendida. Las camas de buen calidad, así como las sábanas, las almohadas, el baño muy limpio y la televisión muy bien. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente espacio para dos personas y dos camas, todo muy bien. La excepción fue el estacionamiento, porque es pequeño; sin embargo ellos buscan la forma de acomodarlos y te lo entregan en la puerta si quieres. Muy buen precio, en el centro y muy confortable

El hotel cumple con la finalidad. Pero el edificio esta muy descuidado. Le falta mantenimiento en general y el elevador es funcional pero no da mucha seguridad. El personal es amable en general. El baño concentraba mucho calor y malos olores ya que no tiene ventilacion natural.

Capacitar bien al personal de recepción, en cuanto a las reservaciones hechas, pagadas y confirmadas , ya que estaban apartando cuartos para gente que no había pagado ni reservado, no se quisieron tomar el tiempo de verificar en sistema con expedía, fue un rotundo “no hay habitaciones disponibles y haz tu reclamación donde te corresponda”, después de tanto insistir revisaron y me dieron la habitación
