Well located hotel with good facilities

The hotel is fantastically located next to the station and within walking distance of Kajo park. The room was clean and a lot larger than many other business hotels in Japan. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to suit most diners as well.

I would give the staff 10 stars if possible! Everyone on staff was excellent. If I could change one thing with the hotel, I would ask for the non-smoking rooms to be priced the same as the smoking rooms.

1.The room space and the bed were small for 2 person. 2.The restaurant was very crowded during breakfast. The bath on the 14th floor should be equipped with a handle to prevent slipping. There was litter in the elevators.(both!)

全般的にはよかった。朝食な混み具合は、もう少し手立ての打ちようがあると思った。配膳を2列にするだけで、簡単に少し改善できるのでは。30分以上並んだ。急いでいるなら、食べずに帰りたくなりと思う。 後、大浴場のドライヤーが2つのうち、1つこわれていました。 あとは、快適でした。

山形駅西口から徒歩2〜3分と便利な立地、ホテルは最上階に大浴場があることが決め手！一階の大浴場に比べると作務衣とスリッパでも気兼ねなく行けるのが良かった。朝食会場も狭くなく快適に過ごせた。朝食会場、大浴場、コインランドリーの混雑状況がTVモニタで確認できること、ECO清掃もドリンクコインかPontaポイント付与と選択できることが良い。難を言えば、ベッドサイドにコンセントがないことか。

洗澡時的溫水較難控制到剛好的水溫。廁所置物架的螺絲鬆掉一個，置物架鎖螺絲處已經有稍微的龜裂，很怕放較重的衣服置物架會斷裂。
