"The service from the Airport was great and so convenient for the conference. The shuttle driver was very prompt and friendly when she picked me up (and dropped me back off at the airport) and had no problems accommodating my large trade show baggage. Front desk staff was very friendly as well - I lost an earring and they didn't hesitate to help me look for it in the lobby and let other staff know (found it!). Met Maria, the manager - kudos to her for not only being friendly herself, but training a great staff. I will stay again when I come back to Yakima! "

"While my room was fine, my friend that also stayed there at the same time found 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. It was a sketchy area. The facility is not that great. I booked a room with microwave and fridge, and they put me in a room without. When I mentioned it to the staff, she said: "there is a microwave here in the lobby and I'll find a fridge for you....". Did she really expected me to walk all the way there to heat up whatever i needed? that throw me off.... I had to insist to be put in another room with the amenities that I intentionally booked with. Also, the hallway fire alarm near my room had low battery so the annoying chipping/beep noise was going on all day/night."
