「The staff. Krista was excited and excellent worker and helped us. The maids came in daily cleaning. In the past, they only came in once a week The only problem was broken glass in our parking space. We told the front desk and maintenance was to clean. They did not.」

「The service from the Airport was great and so convenient for the conference. The shuttle driver was very prompt and friendly when she picked me up (and dropped me back off at the airport) and had no problems accommodating my large trade show baggage. Front desk staff was very friendly as well - I lost an earring and they didn't hesitate to help me look for it in the lobby and let other staff know (found it!). Met Maria, the manager - kudos to her for not only being friendly herself, but training...
