Welcome to Villa Arena Blanca, a spacious and elegant villa designed to offer a perfect holiday experience for families and groups of friends. With a strategic location, just 1 km from the famous Dorada Beach in Playa Blanca, this villa combines the tranquillity of a private setting with the convenience of being close to the centre and the best beaches in the area.



The villa has 5 bedrooms, ideally distributed for large groups. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable single beds, another has a practical trundle bed, and the remaining two feature spacious double beds. For added comfort, guests can enjoy two televisions, one in the cosy main living room and another in one of the bedrooms.



The villa has three well-equipped bathrooms to offer greater privacy and comfort to all guests. Two of the bathrooms have practical shower trays, while the third bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and is en suite, offering an extra touch of luxury for one of the double-bedded rooms.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary kitchenware. Whether you decide to cook at home or simply enjoy a quick breakfast, you'll have everything at hand.



Outside, Villa Arena Blanca stands out for its spacious outdoor area, ideal for enjoying Lanzarote's sunny climate. The villa offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers for relaxing, and a spectacular private pool perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. Excellent property within walking distance of Playa Blanca.Any queries were dealt with in a speedy manner, and after a gust of wind broke the umbrella the management team replaced this within days. The pictures of the property are accurate, so if you are looking at the property wondering if they are current, they definitely are. I would not hesitate to book this villa again.
