Another great stay at this lovely property. Communication with the host is excellent, so helpful and flexible. The house is left immaculately clean on arrival - there are lots of little touches that you just don't get in other rentals that really add to the home from home feeling.Very hot during our stay, so was amazing to have a sheltered area outdoors to hide under! (again - not something that all properties have). The area is so quiet - we just want to read and relax on holiday and this gave us the peace and quiet we wanted.Main resort is 20 mins stroll away with endless choice of restaurants.Cannot wait to return. Thanks again for hosting us!

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a week at the villa during easter. Its in a lovely quiet location about 10min walk to the promenade. The pool is great, warm and a good size. The villa itself is well equipped and was perfect for a family of four with lots of shaded areaa outside. There was also good privacy screening to the road - although we barely saw anyone go past. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely villa ideal for 2

Lovely villa in a quiet area just outside Playa Blanca town. Ideal for 2 people with its own small private heated pool and everything you need for a relaxing restful holiday. Marina Rubicón 5 mins drive has some lovely restaurants ( would recommend Lani’s)

Lovely

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden feels private and is not overlooked. The walk into town takes around 20 minutes, so it is in a great position to be peaceful, however close enough to not need to drive. We loved it!

A gem of a place

We had absolutely everything we needed for our relaxing break. The villa was lovely and clean. The facilities were perfect for us with the bonus of a lovely heated pool. We ate out every night as there is a fantastic choice to choose from. Our hosts checked in on us to see that everything was fine. We would love to come back here in the very near future. Definitely recommended.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's villa. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the villa was impeccably clean, located in a quiet and safe area. The bus stop to Playa Blanca is just a few minutes away, and the center of Playa Blanca is only a 20-minute walk. There's also a lovely water park about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for young children.

2 weeks relaxing holiday

The villa was perfect, Andrew was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was spotlessly clean and beach towels were also provided. The location was great which was about 10/15 minutes walk maximum to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely break in Playa Blanca

We had a good time at Andrew and John’s property. It was comfortable and well appointed. The warm pool was a great bonus and the development is tidy and quiet. We had a couple of problems which Andrew sorted out promptly and quickly. We enjoyed our holiday greatly.

Lovely villa just far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the shops and bars within 20 mins. The villa was spotless, Andrew is easy to deal with and very accommodating. The welcome pack, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryer and an iron that actually works are a nice touch. We will be visiting again!

Great Base

Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to anyone wantingbto relax . pleasant

Lovely introduction to Lanzarote

An attractive and comfortable holiday property, well-equipped, scrupulously clean and with a generous welcome package. Good design ensures a lot is fitted into a compact space without ever feeling cramped. The pool is a treat. Andrew was very helpful indeed, responding quickly to any questions with clear and practical advice or suggestions and is clearly a very organised and experienced host. Would not hesitate to recommend highly.

Beautiful relaxing Villa

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom Villa was a lovely place to stay. The communication with the hosts (Andrew and John) was excellent, with the check-in/out very easy. We also appreciated the basket of "welcome goodies".It was different having the pool in the front of the of Villa and I thought that privacy would be an issue, but it wasn't too bad. The side walls are high and the car provided some privacy from the front gate. The location is good, but you really need a car to get around. The walk to the shops in Playa Blanca takes a leisurely 20-30 mins. Lanzarote is a very interesting Island, very baron with volcanos and black rock everywhere... no water-ways anywhere. Interesting cactus gardens, nice little beaches, great food and lovely people, and good tourist spots. Still a lot of areas under development. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend staying in this Villa at this location. Thank you Andrew & John.

Playa Blanca 2023

What an amazing property. We felt it was even better that the description and photos. From our initial contact with Andrew and throughout our stay, his communication was 1st class, top customer service. Our holiday villa was certainly home from home. Everything you want to enjoy your holiday. The pool, parking and privacy of the plot made it very easy to kick back and relax. We couldn't fault anything about the villa. We will certainly be booking this villa again next year. Already looking forward to it.

Firstly the property is very well presented with ample space and a lovely pool. WiFi was faultless. The local amenities are within a short distance and the beaches were clean with nice clear water. 2 local water parks are within a few minutes walk. A lovely quiet residential area far enough away to be peaceful yet close enough to the main areas. Andrew and John (and Pepper the dog) are absolutely amazing hosts who went out of their way to give that ‘extra care’ feel and would have always been on hand should we have needed them. All in all, a 5*+ rating from us and very, very highly recommended.

Perfect Quiet Location

The villa was very well equipped & clean. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of. Our Christmas stay was perfect, the best holiday that we have had. The Pool is a perfect temperature and very well maintained. The location is ideal, we did not hire a car on this occasion but found everything that we needed within easy walking distance. Playa Blanca is so beautiful, this is our first visit to the location after staying in many other places in Lanzarote over the years. Playa Blanca has become a firm favourite, we intend to return soon. I have no hesitation in giving the villa, hosts and location 5 Stars. Thank you both for a lovely stay at your villa xx

Lovely four person property walking distance playa blanca. Lovely pool heated to 26°. Everything about this villa is great it's very clean with everything you will need for a relaxing break . The instruction booklet is perfect giving every detail that you need. We will certainly be back soon . Lanzarote has so much to offer with warm sunny weather throughout the year ,Playa Balance has so much to offer with every cuisine imaginable available. A relaxing and wonderful stay and the photos don't do it justice

We just had a fantastic and relaxing Easter break in Playa Blanca and loved it. I've not been to Lanzarote before and was very impressed with the resort as it's very clean and not like the usual Canary Island resorts with shopping centres that host the bars and restaurants. It's a long strip of bars and restaurants along the coast. As for the villa, it was better than we expected as the photos don't do it justice. We were a little worried that the pool would be tiny as on Google maps street view it does look it, however it is plenty big enough and nice and warm as it's heated. The villa is also plenty big enough for a family of four and has everything you might need to cook and clean. We were very grateful also for the basket of goodies that were left for us upon our arrival, The villa is in a quiet location and there is a small supermarket half a mile away for essentials or 15-20 minutes away for a bigger supermarket amongst all of the bars and restaurants. There are also several boutique shops including Ale Hop which my girls love. We will definitely return to Playa Blanca as we enjoyed it so much. We would also be more than happy to stay in this villa again too! Thank you Andrew and John for letting us stay, You have a lovely villa.
