「house was actually better than we expected! great for a large group of people」

「This was a great house in a wonderful location right on the beach, actually on the sand dunes overlooking the beach. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and I loved having a working fireplace. Decent, sharp knives and non Teflon in pans in the kitchen was a real plus. The only drawback was that the refrigerator smelled of fish, even with a box of baking soda and still had a fishy smell 4 days later.」

「Windows inoperable are a problem in an un air conditioned house especially when window shades are missing or not working.Microwave does not work.Barbecue is charcoal maybe propane or note type.Definitely a upgrade in progress House size was great for 6 people. 「Several security issues - the front door deadbolt didn’t work. The back slider door didn’t lock - it just had a stick. The owner later told me a stick was the most secure way to lock the door. Nope, a lock is, sir. The upstairs rooms locked from the inside and there was not a key to unlock. There was trash piled up outside. There were not enough blankets and pillows and the pillows had no pillow cases. The list goes on. Worst of all was the customer service. The host was unresponsive. So was the...

「Right on the water as promised. The house was comfortable and well stocked with great books and family games (good for a variety of ages). There was excellent privacy and great views. The beds were clean and fresh. We went out to the dunes for sand-boarding and hiked. Staying here made it easy to wash our used clothing and stay comfortable while traveling. This is more than I normally would pay but it was worth it. I will mention, two people in a soft, springy bed is not how I like to sleep. For...
