「Windows inoperable are a problem in an un air conditioned house especially when window shades are missing or not working.Microwave does not work.Barbecue is charcoal maybe propane or note type.Definitely a upgrade in progress House size was great for 6 people. 「We stayed here after flying in from Pennsylvania to spend time with my mother and brother and his family. It’s a comfortable home with a lot of natural light and a beautiful outdoor sitting area that we enjoyed. As a rental property there were features that were unfortunate and not up to par such as the lighting in most of the rooms, very old and worn out towels and linens, an abundance of cobwebs, and otherwise beautiful sitting area outside. 「The property had great view off the deck and great access to a beautiful beach. The house itself was great, the owners have gone above and beyond with the extras to make your stay comfortable. I have rented quite a bit with vrbos and this really did exceed my expectations. Owners were also great with communication.」
