This phenomenal air conditioned 4-bedroom home offers lodging accomodations for 12 people, featuring a king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed-twin/full, a futon and a sleeper sofa located in the 4 seasons veranda. 2 bedrooms feature a small personal work space. 2 bathrooms equipped with a high pressure shower head, free standing soaker tub, lots of towels and other household accessories. An open concept floor plan, featuring a cozy living room with a 60 inch smart tv, wifi and a wood stove, fully stocked kitchen with full size SS appliances, large dining table, all layed out perfectly for cooking and conversing with friends and family. Washer+dryer available to guests. This home is a soothing retreat after a day of exploring the coast, hiking, playing golf, quading sand dunes or horseback riding the beach trails. Take the time to soak in the 5 person year round hot tub, or chitchat on the patio around a gas fire place or a wood fire pit out in the backyard. Wood and kindling available onsite. A propane gas BBQ grill is guest serviced. Large driveway for 6+ cars. A great place to call homebase while you're away.

This house was absolutely beautiful and just recently completely renovated, and it shows. Everything on the inside was great and worked well. The enclosed front porch was a nice place to relax although it was pretty warm in there during our stay - probably because it was unseasonably warm that week. The backyard was pretty ugly to be honest, but maybe that's because of the dry summer they had that killed off most of the grass. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but there were a few sketchy looking houses here and there on the drive in. But overall a great place to relax on our otherwise busy trip.
