「The first room we opened the door and it hadn't been cleaned yet. They gave us a different room to which the code on the door would never work. The cleaning lady finally gave us a different code which worked. There was a party going on outside and was very loud until 1:00am. We had a hard time going to sleep because of it. It was Sat. night people were having fun, that's fine, we get it. We liked the location.」

「Good atmosphere!」

「Good and very clean place」

「It's good for a quick night stay. Clean and neat. But no contact with staff. No good amenities. Couldn't get even a tooth paste. They just give you shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No moisturizer too.」

「I think this deserves a 3.5 overall. There were some great things and some okay. The positives: The location is great. A mile to Heavenly Village, close to restaurants, etc. It was easy to drive anywhere. The valet workers were great! If you aren't a HVC owner then you have to pay $30/night for valet parking. 「Clean room and staff.」

「If you have a trailer...beware, parking is a nightmare! The rooms are very nice and the bathroom clean. There was a concert the night we stayed which was cool.」

「Nice place to stay and even better because they allow pets in here, love it」

「素晴らしかった、何よりゴンドラ脇で、チェックアウト後も荷物をカートごと預かってもらえた」
