The hotel is nicely decorated. However our room at times smells of tobacco smoke which I think is coming from the vents.
Has washing facility which was very useful. Staff helpful and accomodating.

It's a widely open, calm and clean area. Well designed near the airport. Hopefully, other facilities or shops and taxis services would be available in the near future. The restaurant services (Chinese food portion we tried) is very excellent, best one we ever had during the "Silk Trade Trip".

"Loved the room. Very limited English speaking for a major hotel chain. No restaurants, activity, or transportation nearby. Most Xian taxi drivers had no idea where it was"
