「The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes.
Lots of activities available.
Food is very good.
Checking checkout process was easy.
Communicating with front desk was easy.
Service is prompt and responsive.
Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc.

「Your average business hotel. Very clean and reasonably modern for indian standards, but basic. Breakfast is basic, mostly indian and spicy. We stayed only because the bus station is right next door and we had a bus to catch early in the morning.」

Amenities were so-so. Tissue paper wasn't provided in first and second day but it was provided from 3rd day. Face towel was provided only in that last night. It would be perfect if they were prepared from 1st day.
Quality of staff was very nice, but only pain point was they were asking feedback on Google almost every morning ... I was a bit sick of it."
"Their breakfast is great. And a little bird had a tiny nest in the hotel patio, which I found very soothing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dryer in the laundry needs some upgrading imho, but overall it was a good place to stay."
