"Room was clean and comfortable. Sadly, no restaurant and the nearby ones were appalling. Staff were not very helpful and the breakfast ones were terrible. We had to wait fir a table to be cleared as the staff were too busy on their phones tucked round the corner. Not what id expect from a novotel"

"The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family visiting. The hotel was very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, within walking distance."
