「The staff member in the elevator saw me about to enter but directly closed the elevator door. It was a very poor service experience.」

A special thanks to Amy at Continental club (Lounge), her hospitality was outstanding. She helped me with everything from dining arrangements to printing services and sorting out my laundry. I truly felt her high level of hospitality. I am already looking forward to visiting Xiamen again and staying at this wonderful...

「The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see...
