「Kyllä」

「Overall was good.」

「Everything was great. There is no gym though if that is important to you」

「Very nice people very clean very professional 」

「The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise.」

「The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures.」

「Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it...

「The view of Er Hai and Cang Shan from our luxury double room was more stunning in person than in the pictures. My boyfriend and I loved staying here.」
