The subway & train systems are exceptional. You can get anywhere by public transport. If you can't, the taxis are very accessible and inexpensive. Although we did not see a lot of foreigners, & not too many people speak English, we had no problems.
One of the most modern and cleanest cities ever seen. Cleaner than Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong…. Definitely cleaner and more modern than any city in Europe (including Eastern Europe). People are VERY friendly.
A big city that has many sites to explore and see. You'll need at least a week there to see the major areas/attractions.
