"One of the best hotels I have stayed in."

"Extremly kind and helpful hotel staff, from organizing transportation, getting back a forgotten credit card in a ATM and query 'if any thing needed to be served'."

"Nice but feel incomplete. A building not built as a hotel but converted into one. Great breakfast. Some stray smokers "

"Nice hotel for the price. Clean, but quite old hotel . Breakfast was ok, should be warmer. Convenient to subway and staff friendly, also shops and restaurants nearby. Slept well, comfy kind bed and some western tv channels. "

"Good welcoming staff."

"因为疫情居然不打扫房间，无法理解"

"This hotel is amazing. What makes it special is the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay great! The hotel is new, bright and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Loved everything about this hotel, new, clean , amenities, breakfast buffet and Westin’s signature bed and beddings!"

"bit far from metro station which is also dark and quiet even at the day time. Hotel staff not friendly and without smile. Staff at breakfast are lazy."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful; location"

"I waited at hotel front desk for 1 hour, they can not find my booking. But I do booked two rooms which are non refundable, and I showed them my reservation detailed, after 1 hour around 11pm local time, I checked in finally. I almost gave up."

"This hotel is close to and above the Yangtze, with spectacular views. The room, restaurant, and facilities were excellent. This is a hotel where management and staff strived to provide the very best experience for the traveler throughout. I look forward to my next stay."

"We would give 5 star rating if the kitchen drainage pipe wasn’t busted and the shower floor level that keeps the water from draining. Otherwise the location is great right next to metro and big mall that you can find all kind of snacks, food, and groceries. I highly recommend and would stay here again. BTW it comes with kitchen, dining table and living area as well as breakfast."

"Friendly staff, easy and quick check in, clean and spacious room, there are also 24hrs restaurants nearby"
