「We were in town for a family funeral. Dominque, at the front desk, was particularly kind, thoughtful, and professional. She made us feel very welcome. The other staff were also very helpful as needed.」

「The property was very nice and the staff was super nice. The hotel is located in a perfect area and close to restaurants and great shopping」

「great place to stay clean had a kitchen so you could make food if you don't want to go out real fridge dishwasher they even have dishes and pots and pans altogether nice place」

「Staff very nice, rooms were great」

「The hallway and room had a " odd"smell. Maybe stuffy or old odor. The phone didn't work. Clerk didn't want to honor the reduced price on the website once we arrived. She just said she couldn't because I registered online.」

「Would prefer indoor pool」

「The air conditioner was very loud. It made sleeping impossible with it being on. The bathroom was old and dated. The soap holder in the shower was rusty. The shower wasn’t clean right. It had hair sticking on the shower walls. I would not stay here again.」

「This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice. The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

「What I booked online is not the room I was given. I booked a premier king suite and it looked like someone went bargin hunting for used furniture and put it in the suite. The couch had stains on it and looked unclean which in return made me not want to use it. The curtains were stained, it looked like the windows had not been clean for months. I went to use a towel only to find red rust stains on it or at least I hope it was rust. Both toilet seats had chips in them. The quality of the...

「I stayed 4 days and loved it I definitely will be back I hated to leave everything was perfect I felt like I was home 💕」

「The staff was very friendly and clear when giving details about the rooms! The rooms were very clean and the place is quiet and comfortable! We will definitely be staying at the courtyard again very pleased!!」

「海へ入る際、フロントの方がルームキーを快く預かっていただき、とても助かりました。コーヒーメーカーはありましたが、コーヒー豆を準備する必要があり、使用をあきらめました。インスタントタイプで、豆もあればなお良かったです。」

「Room was very clean and looks like it was recently redone. Bed was comfy and room was well equipped. Elevator (floors) needed to be cleaned as did the fitness room, only one of the coffee machines was working in the morning when it was very busy. Overall had a good stay, would stay there again.」

「Excellent for the price. Clean facility , good staff, exercise room is workable. I stay for a short time. Love the nice firm bed . It is smell like damp clothe in the closet and bathroom but I stay for a short time so, it is okay. The breakfast were good, it changed on the second day not having to eat the same thing. Ill go back there for few days again!」
