「Having read the previous reviews we opted to book this cottage at short notice Unfortunately we had several issues on arrival, the property appeared to have not been vacuumed as carpets are floors were dirty. Both beds were missing the mattress protectors, and the double bed was extremely uncomfortable due to a very soft mattress. Chipped plates in the cupboard and greasy baking trays. 「Really enjoyed our time at the Little Cow House. Starting with the very warm welcome from our lovely hosts and delicious welcoming homemade cake. The house is very nicely furnished, immaculately clean and very well equipped, and is warm and cosy; you can hear the river rushing in the valley below and the rooms have lovely views of trees and fields. Would like to come back and visit again in the summer to really make the mot of the great walks and sights in the area.」
