"This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve been to in a long time. It smelled of excrement outside and inside after an argument about the room booked was led to the Bowles of the hotel to an unserviced room. It was so dirty that my elderly mum didn’t want to stay there. I was promised a refund but was obviously being fobbed off as 2 weeks later I still haven’t received it"
