Room smelt like mildew, had holes in the wall, stains in the tub and wall looked liked dried blood and the walls were so thin, it was like the people in the room beside us were in our room. "Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. There was also a soda fountain which is available at breakfast but also from 3p-10p. This was fantastic to have! Pool and hot tub were functional and clean. Great for relaxing while the kids played around. Parking garage was locked at night with only badge access from your hotel keycard. It felt very safe. Truly fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."

"The notes in Hotels.com were very misleading about a free breakfast. The hotel charges for all food at breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel has no free parking. It was not mentioned in Hotels.com. That was an additional $48 per night. The bottom sheet that you lay upon is not fitted and you cannot tuck it in yourself, as it is too small. It's a minor detail, but quite frustrating."
