気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Storage heater wouldn't switch off, even after switching it off at the mains.
This was during a heatwave where it was 38° outside and the temperature inside the flat was approaching 50°.
Host refused to respond, Hotels Agent wouldn't help either.
We had to hang out in the Lobby, where there is air-conditioning.
Host let himself into the flat without knocking or bothering to introduce himself, after several days of ignoring the issue, just to try and gaslight us about the temperature.
They refused any refund so we could not book anywhere else and therefore could not leave.
