"The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."

"Awful. Never got in! On a busy street above takeaway shops, no parking. Got instructions to check in, paid an extra £150 on top of price as security deposit. Front door code didn’t work. No-one ever answered the buzzer or phone. Shop next door said it happens every day! Waited 30 minutes and eventually gave up. Was asked to download ann app to get in - after we’d given up and driven away. Horrendous experience. "

"Took a bit of a circuitous route to get there from the NEC. The premise appeared to be an extension to a house which may have been split in to flats with a corridor to other door. However the premises were clean and had decent facilities When I arrived there were no towels but after contacting the agents someone turned up 20 minutes later with the aforementioned towels. The central heating want on but another radiator did the job. Overall decent value for money. Parking was a bit tight but...

"I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in. The info also says “entire apartment” it was not an apparent, it was a house with multiple rooms and we had one of them. There was certainly at least 3 other people on it at the same time as us.
