"Location is fantastic. The room is basic. Two beds and a bathroom. No windows, no chairs, no tables, no desk, no thermostat. Clean enough. Would consider staying here again, but I have gotten used to having someplace to sit and a table to put stuff on (besides the floor.)"

"I arrived at this hotel and while check in was super and easy, with a helpful member of staff on hand to support, when I got to my room I was shocked and disappointed at the state of it. A huge dehumidifier was taking up most of the empty floor space and was noisier than a pneumatic drill; clearly there had been some kind of horrific leak. The carpet was still dirty and damp, the smell was horrible and there was a used dirty bath mat on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom did appear to otherwise be clean but the overall state of the place - other than in public entrances - is in disrepair. I’d warn against staying here or check the state of the room you’ve booked before you arrive."

"The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the proximity to major London attractions so that I would walk or take public transit from close to the hotel. I really liked the quiet room and air conditioning. I wish there had been a bar fridge and facecloth provided but you can't have everything. I highly recommend this hotel. Have a great stay."

"Construction was highly disruptive. The hotel should have closed the lobby altogether to get the work done. Construction noise in room (jackhammer next door) was a bit much from 8:00am to 5:30pm daily! Staff unhelpful. 33C in the room and no air conditioning! Front desk staff unable to unlock our room when our key cards would not work. Gotta get the easy things right! Tower Hotel...you should be ashamed. The tents under the bridge would be better accommodation. We will not return to the property...ever. Don't waste your money on a stay here. Sincerely, highly disappointed Canadians."

"The room was clean and the bathroom is up dated. Typical room size with good sunlight. The room is for 2 person but has only one sitting chair. The shower has a glass panel but no door. Water often spill onto the floor. For sfety, guest must put a towel in front of the shower opening to avoid a wet tile floor. "
