The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, the rooms and decor are STUNNING, and the amenities (TV, bathroom, lights etc.) are super modern and great to use. I had one minor fault in the room with a stuck plug in the bathroom basin but that was quickly rectified. Car parking was excellent and the house staff were excellent. About the only negatives were that the pillows were too big and it would have been better if a softer option was available - mind you I didn't ask so maybe one is available from the desk. "Unfortunately the flicker didn't work for my stove top so had to use a lighter but other than that it was great the kitchen had things to cook and eat with. Also the door to main bedroom isn't lockable so would definately recommend that ."
