「Very quiet and good location. The guy who checked us in was great」

「I love the stay」

「I really liked this hotel. It's a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but it's very nice, has good amenities, and is convenient to places to eat and shop. All of the staff was nice. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. If there's an issue with people parking there who shouldn't be, then provide your guests at the hotel with a complimentary parking pass. If you are paying for a room, you shouldn't have to pay to park, too.」

「location fantastic」

「Basic, just as expected. The staff was very friendly.」

「Very comfortable bed and very clean room.」

「tubs were unkept. The staff stated it’s due to new chemicals being used . we changed rooms three times before they reassigned us to a new hotel. They were helpful in making sure we were taken care of but it was very inconvenient」

「Very nice staff. Especially Skip when we were checking out at 5:30 AM. He even offered to help me to the car with my suitcase! He is over and beyond a good employee!」

「The bathroom in our king room was filthy- dirty toilet and lots of mold in the shower. There were also several dirty dishes in the kitchen area. Not to mention the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. For a one night stay it worked, but I will be sure to get a higher rated hotel the next time we travel to Tuscaloosa.」
