"The staff were super!! Very helpful and offering to help us everywhere. Top notch. The room needs a desperate renovation and more attention to cleaning. Bedding was wrinkled and looked like the sheets weren't changed, we inspected closely and determined they were. Windows were dirty inside with smudges and window seal was broken hindering view. Screen on the window was tore and blowing in wind. Candy eggs on inside by window and chips on floor by window from previous guests. Shower walls are old and stained, shower head is very low. Very dusty, i left a (clean me) message with my finger. We couldn't tell how clean the brown carpet was but chose to wear our shoes.However, this hotel is in a great location with lots of good restaurants around. TV is great for streaming and bed is comfortable. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. We may try again but insist on a different room if we walk into this again. This was one night so we chose to work with it."

"The hotel was not the cleanest, I have stayed at worse for sure. The cable did not work, staff came up and said it was a new system. They were not able to get it working. The staff member was able to get one channel for the kids. The noise was unreal, at night. There were kids running up and down the hall, until after 1:30am. The noise from the next room was like people were bowling. The slide was nice , the kids really loved it, however it was jam packed, just a small pool. I took the kids out , and went back to our room when adult men started using the slide and if anyone would have gotten in the way, would have been seriously injured. I was nervous about that, and there were so many people I could not see the kids the entire time. We will never go back on the weekend again. Overall the kids really loved it, and that’s all that was important. "

"Clean room really good breakfast "

"Staff were all great. The breakfast was good. My only problem was that even though there was a setting for a constant fan in the room it was a rattling sounding fan that also made loud clicks from the wall controller. Walls were very thin and I could actually hear my next room over neighbour snoring when I went to sleep. Other than that the place was great. Comfy bed and nice bathtub:)"
