It was nice having free laundry services. The neighborhood was fun, safe, and clean. There was some early morning noise from the bakery below, but this would only be audible in a few rooms. The hotel was well placed to see London and was a 15 minute walk from the theatres and nightlife of soho. There are lots of eateries nearby too. "I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar.
The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense.
The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off.
A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd.
Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room
The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back
Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"
