We have been coming to London for many years and few hotels/apartments we would return to - this is an exception - the position close to Paddington is what we need within easy walking of everything, the staff are what stands out here, we arrived early but our bags were in our room on our return, nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing to help in any way. daily towels and water topped up which is rare in most hotels these days. We won't hesitate to return

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

Lovely English breakfast offerings, as well as croissants and cereals. Good hot beverage selection. The staff was incredbly friendly and helpful. Nearby to shops, and close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park a plus.

Wonderful location and spacious rooms. Not the most up to date amenities, however. Perfect place to stay with a larger group.
