"Hotel fantastique ,le problème nous avions pris une pension complète. L'hôtel indiquait une arrivée a partir de 16 heures. J ai envoyé un e-mail pour demander comment bénéficier de la pension complète pas de réponse de l hôtel .A notre arrivée à 17h on nous a indiqué qu il fallait venir à 13h pour ..."
