"Poor check in as way too much waiting due to one person on desk and large queue. No information on times or amenities. Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive at £16. Would have done if it was slightly cheaper. Did have an evening meal which was great and service was superb. Room was clean with plenty of space and could have a hot shower without water goining everywhere. WiFi was unusable in room so had to hotspot off the phone (WiFi was okay in restaurant though). No issues car parking and very comfortable bed. "

"Lovely spacious room. Extra towels need to be added to the info sheet on the table as we couldn’t find them till leaving, but not the end of the world. Good breakfast, bar had a lovely atmosphere. Great location and parking discount "

"The lady in charge of the dining and bar was superb! The lady on reception was excellent. Facilities great and the location spot on! Breakfast was hot and tasty and they even kindly let us in at 9.25am before it closed at 9.30am (we got mixed up with weekend hours). Thank you for a great stay. We will be back. "
