Truly Amazing!!!

We was welcomed like we was family, nothing was to much trouble, an absolute gem. Our room was spotless and the beds super comfortable, breakfast in the morning was spot on too.

Very conveniently located for both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Breakfast excellent. Nice large corner room for my son and myself. Lovely helpful host and breakfast cook !

Nice welcome by a nice owner whom we could talk withand interested in his guests. We where in a comfortable and large bedroom, compared with other guest houses.
