「I didn't expect much from this hotel other than being close to the airport and clean. The check-in clerk was super insistent that it was a non-smoking room, but as soon as we went in our room it smelled like someone had hot boxed a pack of Marlboros about 12 seconds before we got there. We were too tired to care so we opened a window and went to sleep. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for some air freshener for the room. 「Attractive, well maintained and easy to find. Beds were fine and bathrooms very clean. Everything worked. Near a large gas station but did not seem to present a problem with traffic noise. The provided breakfast was normal for it's type but a good selection. Free soup, iced tea and ice cream for guests. Hard working staff that were professional and friendly.」

「I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. 「I think this hotel is very much “you get what you pay for” and you can take that however you want. This is about my 3rd time staying at this motel and I enjoy it. It doesn’t hurt the pocket and it does its job! Gives us a comfortable place to rest up .. I’ve noticed a few odd things about the place, like a light switch being placed inside of the bathtub, or a tv not working. But it’s nothing I can’t look past.
